We used to import this childrens bed from the Far East but frustrated with the persistent problem of poor quality and finish we decided to manufacture this bed by our own factory here in the UK and add our stamp of quality craftmanship plus a special feature described below (please read on). We painted our Archie collection a cool grey colour which we think (see matching furniture items below) adds a refreshing change to the more usual colour options on offer, although we can produce this in any of the other colour options we offer. You can even personalise this bed with your childs name on the footboard, simply type their name in the option box below.   

Special Feature: Nearly all our childrens beds feature 2 height settings. The lower setting is perfect for use as a first bed as the height from floor to the slats is only 23cm. Just add the depth of the mattress (ours are very good quality and are 25cm deep) you want to use to guage the overall height from floor to the top of the mattress. We think they are ideal for children from 2-3 years upwards as their first proper bed.  As they grow simply change to the higher setting of the bed at which point you can then introduce the under bed storage options that we offer.
