In the movie of your life, who would you like to play you?
I would like Jennifer Lawrence to play me as she is about my age and I love all the films she has been in. She is also a good role model to younger girls. I wouldn’t mind looking like her either!
Which song gets you dancing?
At the moment it’s got to be Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson ft Bruno Mars. But the Spice Girls never fail to get me dancing. They remind me of when I was younger and used my bed as a stage to pretend I was Baby Spice.
What’s the best decision you ever made?
This is a hard one as I haven’t made many major decisions in my life yet but I would say going to university and living in Leeds for three years has to be up there. I think living away is one of life’s best lessons. It taught me how to fend for myself. I also had a fantastic time!
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I wanted to be a singer in a band. I would still love to be a singer in a band but I need to be able to sing first!
If you could give one piece of advice to a young person today, what would it be?
I still feel pretty young myself but if I’ve learned one thing it’s not to worry so much about what other people think of you. It doesn’t matter what you look like, the most important people in your life will love you no matter what. Find your own style and stick to it, don’t change yourself for others.
If you could change anything in your life what would it be?
I know its sounds shallow but I wouldn’t mind some more money! I’m at the age where I need to start thinking about saving for a house. So a bit of money to help out wouldn’t go amiss.
If you could be a celebrity for a day, who would you be and why?
I would probably be Katy Perry. I love her music and it would be great to dress up in some of the crazy costumes she wears for her shows!
What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
I’m a bit of a wimp so there’s been no jumping out of aeroplanes for me. I’m going to go with getting on stage with my favourite band at a festival in Slovenia in front of 30,000 people.
What’s your favourite meal in the whole world?
I love Chinese food! My usual is a beef curry with egg fried rice. And not forgetting the prawn crackers!
What is the best present you’ve ever received?
My cat Bella. I wanted a pet my whole life and was never allowed to have one. My Mum finally gave in and got me a kitten and it was the best day ever. I can’t imagine not having her now.
Which three people would you invite to a dinner party and why?
I would simply invite my Mum, Dad and sister as my family means the world to me.
