There is something marvellously magical about the truckle bed. Children are always drawn towards the display model in our showroom with a readiness to dive beneath the bright floral bedding and settle in for the night for a (sleepless) sleepover party. However, the fascination with these beds doesn't only apply to children. Mothers seem to warm to them too. Maybe it’s something to do with hiding a bed underneath another bed that sounds alluring. All our beds can be fitted with a truckle, when purchased or years later. You might not need one initially if you are buying for a toddler and prefer to have the bed on its lowest setting (23cm from floor to slats). But as your child grows, the bed can be raised and a truckle added at this stage if required. Our products never go out of stock because they are handmade to order so you can rest assured that additional pieces will always be there when you need them.
