Hi, the bed arrived this morning and is absolutely adorable and my daughter loves it. Great quality and I love the fabric covering. I also wanted to say what great customer service you have, it's very refreshing....not only did the delivery arrive when you said it would the delivery driver was wonderfully helpful. Carried the bed upstairs, gave me good tips on the care of the bed and was very approachable and friendly, I am so glad I stumbled across your company and will definitely order again! many thanks Helen Carnall
