For our UK made furniture our current lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks from order (this may change slightly during busier times). Please note this does not apply to orders outside England and Wales. However every effort will be made to do so.
For accessories, bedding etc we aim to deliver within 7 days.
There is much more to delivery than just moving boxes. At Little Lucy Willow we try to take the stress out of delivery. Here are a few things that we do to try and help.
Unlike many companies we (a) manufacture most of our products here in the UK and (b) operate our own in house delivery team. This means we can deliver safely and without excessive delays that many retailers experience with importing goods. Most of our childrens furniture is made to order and we aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks from order (please note that this can change slightly during busy periods). We don't like to keep you waiting if we can help it. Maybe, however, you are not ready to receive your items quite so soon no problem, just let us know and we'll put them safely aside until you are ready.
Delivery charges on all orders received over £500 to anywhere in mainland Britain start at a standard rate of £50. For orders under £500 the very most you will pay is £45. For deliveries outside of the mainland or international deliveries please contact us at email@example.com for a competitive quote. Where ever you are you can be sure we will get it there safely and promptly.
We deliver to the room of your choice and, for an extra fee, we can assemble your furniture and remove all the packaging. Very little assembly is required as apart from beds nearly all of our furniture is delivered ready assembled. It is hard work but we think you're worth it although we are extremely grateful if you can help us by making sure that driveways are clear for when our van arrives and removing any fixtures and fittings that may cause obstruction whilst carrying out your delivery. Important: Please ensure that for any large items ordered you have measured correctly to ensure a successful delivery not only in the room they are to go but also consider the access to the room in question (eg stairs). If you are in any doubt please contact us and we will try to help you.
We understand that you lead busy lives. This is why, particularly with larger orders, given some notice, we can try to deliver on a day that suits you. Early mornings and weekends are not uncommon and we will even call you to let you know when we are 30 minutes away or, heaven forbid, we are slightly delayed.
We understand that it is not always easy to make your choices from a pretty picture on our website (although you are always welcome to visit our Manchester showroom). That is why, for those just that little too far away, we offer a no quibble money back guarantee. When your delivery arrives and your items are unpacked, if you are not completely satisfied we simply put them back on the van and refund (or exchange) in full within 72 hours. Your happiness is our business and we would love you to purchase from us again. Please note that this does not apply to our made to order, bespoke or personalised items.
