Delivery
Within 2-4 weeks from order. Our 2 man delivery team will contact you a few days in advance of your intended delivery date to confirm a day and approximate time. If you require a call 30 minutes before they arrive please request this when they contact you.
Your item(s) will be taken to the room of choice however, for an extra cost, we can install and remove the packaging for you. Should you require it, this option is given at the checkout stage.
IMPORTANT: All measurements are given on our website however for large and heavy items please make sure that you have considered any access restrictions (ie from parking to winding staircases). Bought the Looby Loo bed and chest of drawers in Angel white. Beautiful furniture, well made and my granddaughter now has a bedroom that any little girl would be proud of. The whole shopping experience was stress free from start to finish. We had a minor issue which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. These are investment pieces but well worth the pennies.

Yes we are very pleased. It is nice to deal with a group of people, i.e. yourself and the workshop, who are willing to look at options and be a little flexible. I appreciate that this wardrobe would have took a little longer than the standard build.
Our little girl is very happy that she finally has her own wardrobe!
