I ordered the willow bed for my daughter, as her first bed. From my first phone call to receiving the bed the customer service has been exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. I was definitely made to feel like a valued customer. I ordered the bed a week before Christmas and Little Lucy Willow delivered so quickly my little girl was able to spend Christmas Eve in her new bed. The bed is made from high quality wood and the craftmanship is fantastic. It was most definitely worth every penny. This bed will last for many years to come.
